We need to eat healthy food to maintain our body active and
to be strong everyday. Avoid eating food that makes our body weak such as junk
foods and soft drinks.
We are celebrating Nutrition Month in
every month of July. And in this month we are celebrating the 45th
Nutrition Month Celebration In our school and the theme is “Kumain ng Wasto at
Maging Aktibo”. We must take food that can cure any diseases and exercise
everyday to make our body active and strong. Eat healthy food to avoid our body
from being sick
The purpose of this celebration is to
make a student have a healthy lifestyle.
